The diagram above illustrates how Beltone LINQ’s adaptive directionality attenuates concurrent multiple noise sources. The dark red color represents the front of the user. The blue color represents the area towards the back of the head. In this simulation, two noise sources were simultaneously attenuated: distant traffic noise at 500Hz directly behind the wearer (180°) and a whistling tea kettle at 3300Hz on the user’s left (270°).
